As a corporate executive, Katherine led strategic planning, human resources, business operations and risk management for Digital Equipment, JDS Uniphase, Johnson Electric and MetLife Asia Pacific. From start-ups to major multinationals, she has worked across industries, geographies and cultures to build dynamic, successful businesses and functions.
Her practice focuses on developing leadership skills, optimizing performance, communicating effectively and building agile and inclusive organisations. She has coached board directors, executives and teams around the world to achieve strong outcomes, both for themselves and the corporate ROI. With experience in both the public and private sectors, Katherine is a recognised facilitator and negotiator, particularly in diverse cultural environments.
Katherine is proficient in establishing appropriate organisational structures and governance models for various entities, having worked with partnerships, joint ventures and various subsidiary structures. Her experience in numerous mergers and acquisitions is a valuable asset in due diligence, organisational alignment and post-closing integration.
